Explore the eco-world of trees, bees, and buggy creatures using eco-friendly materials. Week 5: July 12 – 16Puppet PlayhousePuppets speak a universal language. Join us as we set the “stage” to transform simple line drawings into puppets. Lots of giggles included! Week 6: July 19 – 23Carve it! Paint it! Print it!Hey kids! Let’s learn the joys of printmaking! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to create cool, one-of-a-kind relief prints. Week 7: July 26 – 30A Sticky SituationWhat to do with a squirt of glue? Well, collage and collé, to name a few! Week 8: August 2 – 6ExperiPaintWho says you need a paintbrush? Jackson Pollock didn’t. Create some awesome effects with your fingers, some marbles, a little string, and even your breath! Week 9: August 9 – 13You’ve Got to Move It! Move It!Movement and Art make for a fine pair of dancers! Discover Degas’ dancers and Matisse’s method of drawing with scissors.
