Project Creo: Install

a piece from the exhibition

The Arts Center of St. Petersburg and the Pier have partnered in Project Creo Center for Art and Design, a multimedia, multi-artist collaboration to produce four annual art installations on the Pier's third floor. The first is called Install and opened October 11. Install will be on view for three months.

Project Creo will be open as a regular attraction at the Pier Weds. and Thurs. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fri. noon to 8 p.m.; Sat. noon to 10 p.m.; and Sun. noon to 6 p.m. Over the course of the next year it will present three more installations, all scheduled to open during Second Saturday St. Petersburg Gallery Walks (Jan. 10, Apr. 10, and July 10).

"Project Creo is a unique artistic venture for any city anywhere," said Evelyn Craft, executive director of the Arts Center. "It promises to bring our local art to a whole new level. We thank the Pier for making it possible."
