Skill Level: Beginning

This class covers strategies for making traditional chains as well as stepping outside the box to create unusual linkages while using copper, brass and sterling silver. Students will learn simple connections using wire and basic hand tools. Techniques covered include use of pliers, basic hammering, wire forming, hand surface finishing, making jump ring and basic soldering.
