In this workshop, students will learn about the fundamental importance of the digital camera histogram. Understanding the histogram and its correct usage is crucial for achieving optimal exposure in any photographic scenario. This workshop combines presentation, lecture, and hands-on activities for students who bring their own camera.
This workshop is geared towards beginners and those with an intermediate understanding of Digital Photography.

Dom Mignone is a photographer who is specialized in both film and digital photography. He has worked with all kinds of photographic formats, including fine-art printing, traditional darkroom, and digital post-processing. Being a mostly self-taught photographer, Dom’s work has been featured in several online publications, local galleries, and even won awards in both local and international competitions.
Dom’s past occupations included Elementary Teacher, Computer-based Training Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Administrator and Commerical Banking Training Manager. Previously, he was The Suffolk NY Bar Association event and Portrait Photographer for ten years.
