handbuilding and how these essential techniques serve as the foundation for a wide range of sculptural and functional forms. We will cover key methods such as coil building, slab construction, and solid sculpting, providing students with the skills to bring their creative visions to life.

Each week, Em will offer a tailored demonstration based on the class’s evolving needs, ensuring that students receive personalized guidance and inspiration. Whether you’re interested in crafting pottery, sculptural works, or experimental ceramic pieces, this class will provide the tools and support to help you refine your technique and develop your artistic voice. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and a willingness to explore the endless possibilities of clay.
