ART SNAP: HAPA-ZOME

What? That’s right, “Hapa-Zome”, the art of hammering plant material on fabric to transfer the natural dyes. It’s printmaking with nature! Create with florals and foliage to make something beautiful to take home. Expect to receive a piece of cotton suitable for a hand towel or to create a simple handy apron and a piece of paper for a work suitable for framing. There will be plenty of practice papers available to develop your hammering skills.
