This 6-week course will explore the process of creating from the inside out to create conceptual, meaningful paintings. Utilizing tools from the book “The Artist Way” by Julia Cameron, we will discover your creative self.

Students have the choice in the course to paint in any medium they choose–oil, acrylic, or watercolor. The class will focus on what makes a strong impactful painting. Focusing on composition, symbolism and expression. We will be creating work that explores surrealism, expressionism, and abstract painting.

All skill levels are welcome.
