Introduction to Photography

This course is for any student of any age who wishes to better understand his or her camera and start creating dynamic photographs. The lessons focus on creativity by understanding the technical aspects of the camera. Students will learn the relationships between aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, and how each of these camera controls can be used creatively. Compositional techniques of the masters will be examined and students will explore the various ways in which natural lighting can be shaped to create exciting photographs.
