ONLINE: Botanical Studies with Watercolor

Learn how to illustrate your favorite botanical species or specimen! You will begin by lightly sketching your chosen subject matter then you will add color to your drawing by applying watercolor paint and other mediums of preference for additional detail. Prior to painting with watercolor, you will complete an informative chart of over ten basic watercolor techniques to become more comfortable with the medium overall; you will then use these techniques to make your artwork appear more naturalistic!
