The Morean Arts Center is proud to partner with Paula Allen and Pollyzoom to bring our children some of the most creative, innovative and inspiring classes around!
Pollyzoom is a creative experience comprised of musicians, choreographers and designers who work together to create live art through fashion, international art projects, live art events, sound, visual and performing arts…and classes and workshops.
Yoga Art for Kids with Pollyzoom
Offered for:

Ages 5-10
Children will learn basic Yoga Stretches and postures with long time Yoga and Art teacher Paula Allen followed by a fun painting session each week. The focus of this class is for children to learn relaxation in the Yoga and then followed by the artistic expression. There will be a progression in the class of working in different painting and color techniques.

Homeschool Art Studio with Pollyzoom

This class is for the child who would like to explore drawing, painting, and sculpture to help their artistic inspiration find form. Personalized instruction from Paula Allen will cater to individual goals and needs, while participants also reap the benefits of creating with others.
Pre-registration is required. Groups are welcome.

Dragon Tales with Pollyzoom

Ages 5-10
Paula Allen will lead young artists in this class while exploring the boundless realms of dragons through their own original drawings, paintings and sculpture. Children learn from creative exploration in this fun class based on castles, kings, queens, knights and dragons!

Teen Animation Level 1Â with Pollyzoom
Offered for:
Fall Session 2 (Nov 7, 14, 21, Dec 5, 12 and 19) No Class Thanksgiving Week
Saturdays, 6 classes
1pm – 3pm
Ages 11-16
Teens will work with MFA candidate in film, Paula Allen, to create their own animated films. They will learn script writing, character development, drawing, and will create a final animated sequence.
