“My earliest introduction to the arts was at the Art Center’s summer camp in the 90s. Having the opportunity to experiment with many different materials and techniques, as well being in an environment that encouraged me to think creatively at such a young age greatly influenced my personal and professional life. After that summer, I started taking classes at the Arts Center every semester until I graduated high school. It boosted my confidence and helped me envision a life where sustaining an art practice was possible.”
